Rozlane krwawienie pęcherzykowe jako jedyna manifestacja zespołu antyfosfolipidowego
The antiphospholipid syndrome is characterized by the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies and the association of proteanclinical manifestations as a result of both venous and arterial thrombosis. While pulmonary embolism (secondary to deepvein thrombosis) is common and well-known disturbance in antiphospholipid syndrome, recently there are growing numberof case reports describing nonthrombotic lung pathologies in APS. We present here a young male with antiphospholipidsyndrome, whose the only manifestation was diffuse alveolar hemorrhage.
